I'm struggling with bulimia thoughts. I know it's a bad thing to my body, but it is already fucked up anyway... I have a friend who used to vomit, and it worked for her. I'm ugly and fat. I'm not even 20 and I don't know what to do to get thinner. I need to get thinner.
Nothing has been easy in my life, since I was a kid I had trouble with my self steem. Now that I'm fat, it only got worse. I don't want to go out with my friends. I don't want to put on make up because I know it's not gonna make any difference...
I don't know what to do. I can't talfk about theses thing with my friends. They wouldn't understand me.

You know sweetie, there's no magic potion to improve our self-esteem... Nothing can fix it except time. But you won't have this problem forever, trust me.
I know it's easier said than done, but you have to accept yourself and tell you that you can't be someone else and that there are things that we just can't change... You have to understand that your unique and special in your own way.

But I can understand that there are things that you want to change about yourself. I only wish that these changes will be for you, not to impress people and to be like everybody. You have to be yourself, that's the real beauty. It's important to dare the changes, but you have to respect yourself and your body. Bulimia is not the solution. Sometimes vomit do the opposite effect : it can make you gain weight, plus all the other consequences that may result... I suggest you to visit this website :

Losing weight is really simple. It can be difficult, but if you are very motivate, it will be easy. I suggest you to make sport several times a week (walks, jogging, exercices...), to eat better, in smaller quantity and to eat healthy and small snacks (especially fruits and vegetables) and to drink a lot of water. But don't exaggerate and don't start to watch everything that you eat, because it will become an obsession and that's really not good for you. Adopt healthy lifestyles and it will work, you will feel better with your body, I'm sure.

I know self-esteem is a really big problem in our society... But you know, your friends love you and they don't care about your appearance, they love your personality :) Sometimes you have to focus only on your personality, that's the more important thing about you. Trust me :)
